A whopping 72% of marketers surveyed are interested in allocating resources to instagram. The next-highest ranking social media site in the survey was Pinterest with 41% interest. Snapchat came in 3rd with 36% of marketer interest. What do all three of these social media networks have in common? They’re all extremely visual-based and they all offer ways for brands to showcase their product without feeling like a distraction. instagram, in many ways, is the closest service to looking like a magazine, where print ads have thrived for decades.
