After unveiling its newest version of the Apple TV, Apple appears to be taking the ‘TV’ part of the name very seriously. The tech giant is eyeing its own TV streaming service and it has CBS, the country’s biggest TV network, in its sights. If CBS were to join Apple’s rumored TV streaming service then that would be a huge boost to the company’s initial offerings. CBS has the top drama, NCIS, as well as the top comedy, The Big Bang Theory. Their programming, combined with an Apple streaming service, would herald a new age in the era of TV broadcasting. As of now, CBS has said that they will ‘probably’ be a part of this rumored service, which is definitely not a ‘no’.
