The Google Play Store is getting a major and much-needed design overhaul. The new look is now arriving on devices and features a more prominent separation between “Apps & Games” and “Entertainment” apps. These are now the two main tabs for users to choose between, which each have subsections to help you more easily navigate to the exact type of app you’re looking for. The new design is bright, clear, and uncluttered. New pill-shaped headings are prominently featured throughout the design and replace the scrolling tabs from the previous build. Overall, it’s a great new look that should enhance the user experience.
